Terms of Service
These are the basic terms of doing business with Amanda's Residential Cleaning Services. Booking a service means you agree to them.
Service guarantee
If you are not satisfied with the quality of a cleaning, contact me within 24 hours and I will return to address the issue at no additional charge. This guarantee applies to the specific items in scope of the service you booked.
Pricing and payment
Prices shown on this site are estimates. Final pricing is confirmed after the first visit walk through and may be adjusted based on actual conditions. Payment is due upon completion of each clean and is processed via Square invoice. Recurring clients may save a card on file for automatic payment.
Scheduling and cancellation
Please give at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a recurring or scheduled clean. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled clean may be charged a $47 late cancellation fee. No fee for emergencies or illness.
Access and supplies
You are responsible for providing safe access to your home at the scheduled time. I bring all my own cleaning supplies and equipment unless you have specific products you want me to use. Please secure or relocate valuables and fragile items before the cleaning.
Insurance and liability
Amanda's Residential Cleaning Services carries general liability insurance. In the unlikely event of breakage or damage caused by my work, please notify me within 48 hours so I can address it through my insurance.
Service area
Service is provided within a 45 mile radius of Siloam Springs, Arkansas. Services outside this area may incur a travel fee or be declined.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your booking applies to that booking.
