How this started.
In 2015 a neighbor asked if I could help her get her house ready for company. I said yes, I did the work, she paid me, and she told her friend. Her friend told her sister. That was it. That was the whole business plan.
For a long time I cleaned as a side thing while I worked other jobs. I would clean a house on the weekend, then another, then two more. Eventually I had enough regular families that I went full time. I have never had to advertise. The work has always come from people who trust me telling other people they should too.
Why I do it myself.
The big cleaning companies in NWA send a different crew to your house every week. You never know who is coming. They cannot keep their staff because they pay them poorly and treat them worse, and then they wonder why their reviews are full of complaints about missed spots.
When you book with me, you get me. The same person, every visit. I know your home. I know that you like the throw blanket folded a certain way. I know which cabinet the dog treats live in so I can give your puppy one on my way out. I know how to do this job because I have done it hundreds of times.
A short break, and a return.
A few years into this work I got diagnosed with skin cancer. I had to step back for a while to take care of myself. That time changed how I think about the work I do. I am healthy now, I am back, and I am grateful every day to be doing something I love for families I genuinely care about.
What you can expect from me.
You can expect that I will be on time. You can expect that I will do everything I said I would do. You can expect that if I cannot get to something I will tell you, not just leave it. You can expect that I will treat your home the way I would want someone to treat mine.
And if something is not right, you can expect that I will come back and fix it. No charge. No argument. I have built this business on doing right by people for 11+ years and I am not stopping now.
